The rooms were huge and brand-new with a lovely view of jerusalem. Got an exceptionally good and freshly cooked breakfast included. The staff was nice, as for 4-stars hotel.

The property is clean and well-kept with nice, modern rooms. The bed is very comfy. The location is favorable and beautiful, just 1 mile from the Old City of Jerusalem. Nothing was too much trouble, had a good experience and will definitely come back.

The rooms here are exceptionally clean and spacious, the WiFi works well, and you can enjoy a breathtaking view; in addition, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The place was clean, I booked the suite with views of garden, everything was really good. There were high-speed internet and terrace in the room, appreciated that.

That was quiet hotel set in comfortable area, just next door to Ben Yehuda Street and the Old City, a waterfall and the restaurant and bar. The room was spotless and airy with clean bathroom and tea, coffee and fast wifi: D

I got great value for my money at Cassia Hotel! The room was fantastic with a large and comfortable bathroom, and the view from the 12th floor overlooking the Old City was amazing. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Old City and Mall. The staff treated me wonderfully from check-in to check-out, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety and better quality options.

Visiting friends

Rooms a bit old fashion. Carpet just clean. Bathroom door did notlock. No safe lock on door to the room either. No towels! It took 3 hours to get some. We will not stay there again!

The location here is fantastic with shopping malls and an old market just a short walk away, plus there's a terrific restaurant nearby within a 10-15 minute walk.

The room was brand-new and air conditioned with a shower, toiletries, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The staff was really helpful and extremely helpful at this place. The location was unbeatable for walking around King David Street.
